At World’s End

Are we moving closer to one world government? Conspiracy theorists claim that there is a small group of powerful people with an agenda to create one world government on this planet. According to this theory it is the goal of this group to control the population growth, to create a single monetary system and to eliminate international borders.

Is this just a conspiracy theory or is there something to these claims? We do know that there is a movement to unite Europe and also a movement to create free trade zones between the American, Asian and African countries. Is this the beginning of a World united under one government?

What does the Bible say about the political makeup of the planet during the end days? If any of this is true how should Christians react to it and what should we do to prepare for it?

A house divided cannot stand. America has become a divided country, neighbor resenting neighbor, friendships broken over politics, republicans against Democrats, liberals against conservatives, religious right against religious left, MSNBC against FOX. The fact is that politicians say one thing to get our vote and then do whatever it takes to move the agenda of the big money. Promises, speeches, more promises, more speeches and nothing changes. Poor stay poor, rich get richer, still no jobs, and the price of milk keeps going up.
Unions are getting busted and the jobs are intentionally being moved overseas yet the politicians have us arguing about gay marriage and whether the fertilized egg is a person or not.

The Bible says that a nation which is not willing to take care of the poor and the widow and the fatherless will not receive a blessing from God but a curse. In this age of political chaos and confusion what should the true followers of Jesus be concerned about the most? This message will lay it out.

In America a human being is guaranteed freedom of speech, freedom of religion and freedom of movement. We are protected against government intrusion into our lives, or are we? Since 9.11 the government has enacted a number of practices aimed at spying on ordinary Americans without a warrant. Telecom companies are storing your personal data. Your emails, phone call conversations, texts, posts, tweets, photos and anything else that goes over the internet is being stored, and government can access it anytime they see fit. You cannot hide. All of your personal information is being collected continually. Your cell phone knows where you were last night, who else does?

Right now the Federal Government is in front of the Supreme Court defending the right of the Law Enforcement to put a tracking device on your vehicle without a warrant and without your knowledge. Patriot Act designed to spy on Americans has been strengthened and extended. All of this started with a Republican in the White House and is continuing without any signs of slowing down with a Democrat in the White House. Fifty-five percent of Americans now say that we have given up too much freedom and privacy in the name of security. “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” – Benjamin Franklin

History has clearly shown that governments which start taking away personal liberties in the name of security eventually try to control not only the speech and movement of its citizens but also the religious views of those same citizens. Where is America and the rest of the world going with all of this data collection and efforts to know everything about everybody? How will this affect your faith and your allegiance to God? What will you do if your country demands that you go against your religious beliefs and against your loyalty to God?

How is it possible that in the greatest country in the history of the planet people are thrilled to find a $9.00 an hour job, the same money people used to make back in the eighties? The answer: because there is no work. Construction has come to an end. Highways, bridges and other infrastructures are falling apart because there is no money for upkeep. States, counties and cities are going bankrupt. Teachers are getting laid off, but the Wall Street is realizing some of the biggest profits in the history of trading.

America went from the biggest production power in the world to the biggest consumer of goods other countries produce. Whose fault was it? All of us, collectively. We were all too cheap for our own good. Big corporations were too cheap to pay a good wage so they manipulated the government to allow them to move the American jobs to the countries where the labor was practically free. As citizens, you and I were also too cheap to buy American products and the result is that we are now building someone else’s country while ours is falling apart. In 2010 American companies created 1.5 million jobs overseas. What in the world is going on here?

The Bible tells us that the time of trouble is coming when people will not be able to buy or sell. Economies of the powerful nations will collapse and people will beg for food to eat. Wars will start over the control of natural resources. The planet Earth will enter a period of conflict and chaos.
Can you prepare for this time? Did Jesus have anything to say about all of this? This message will explore this aspect of end times prophecies. Read Matthew 24.

This is what God said thousands of years ago about the leaders of Israel. How little has changed since then? Leaders of countries big and small are getting rich while the average person is getting poorer every day.

America used to be the land of opportunity but no longer.
A new report from the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) finds that social mobility between generations is dramatically lower in the U.S. than in many other developed countries.

A huge number of foreign students graduating with advanced degrees from American Universities are choosing to go back to their country of origin citing the lack of opportunity in the United States.

So, while the USA is losing its stature as the world’s economic leader the Wall Street is seeing record profits. We have this phenomenon of record unemployment on Main street and record profits on Wall Street.

Wall street giants are getting bailed out by the taxpayer’s dime while the taxpayer is being evicted from his/her home.

What does Jesus have to say about greed? Greed is one of the signs of the end times. Bible tells us that in the last days people will be “lovers of money” and it also tells us that no greedy person will enter into the kingdom of Jesus. What kind of a person are you?

Are we living in the end of days? Are these the last hours of the dying planet? If you judge by the number of books written on this topic and a number of movies about the end of the world you would conclude that something big is about to take place. For centuries it was the Christians who kept telling the world to get ready for the judgment day, but nowadays it seems like everyone is jumping on that bandwagon.

Hundreds of books were and are being written about the Mayan 2012 prophecy. Thousands of web sites are devoted to this topic and the demand for this type of information keeps growing. Mayan civilization was very advanced and proficient in mathematics, astronomy and time keeping. They used several calendars to keep time and one of these, the “Great Cycle”, comes to an end on the winter solstice of 2012, December 21. “…some believe cataclysmic events will take place in December 2012 with the ultimate destruction occurring on December 21, 2012.”

Will the planet be destroyed on December 21, 2012?
Hopi Indian elders have been passing down prophecies from generation to generation.
One such prophecy reveals: “When the Blue Star Kachina makes its appearance in the heavens, the Fifth World will emerge”.
The Blue Star is seen as the starting herald of a Great Purification period beginning prior to 2012.

The book of Revelation states the following:
“Then everyone—the kings of the earth, the rulers, the generals, the wealthy, the powerful, and every slave and free person—all hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains. And they cried to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb. For the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to survive?”
Revelation 6:15-17

Whose testimony is correct, Hopi’s, Maya’s, Hollywood’s or the Bible’s?

Christianity claims to be a religion of peace and so does Islam. However, millions of people have been killed in wars fought between these two “peaceful” religions.

It’s interesting that Jesus would tell his followers to love their enemies only to have those words fall on deaf ears. Today, a large portion of American Christians strongly support America’s involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan wars and they are clamoring for an attack on Iran and Syria as well. Christian preachers are calling for annihilation of any nation that is an enemy of the state of Israel.

Israel has announced plans to attack Iran to stop it from developing a nuclear bomb and the United States is expected to stand by Israel.
Where is all of this going? Russia and especially China would love to see the degradation of American power and therefore might make a tactical decision to take sides in this fast approaching conflict.

Are we on the brink of WWIII? The Bible says it will happen:
“He will go out to deceive the nations—called Gog and Magog—in every corner of the earth. He will gather them together for battle—a mighty army, as numberless as sand along the seashore.” Revelation 20:8

This presentation will leave no stone unturned. We need to have clarity about the chronology of these events so we can be prepared. The Bible provides that clarity.

One day Jesus was teaching about the end times and people wanted to know when would all of these events happen. Jesus answered by making a prophetic statement in which He warned about worldwide conflicts.
And when you hear of wars and insurrections, don’t panic. Yes, these things must take place first, but the end won’t follow immediately.” Then he added, “Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.” Luke 21:9,10

There has never been a more favorable time for a complete destruction of our planet by war. Eight countries are known to have nuclear capability and several more are developing that capability.

It is estimated that there are around 20,000 nuclear weapons ready to be used at any time. Just using one of those weapons would have a devastating effect on the planet. We have seen the results of nuclear accidents in Russia and Japan and realized that the deadly effects can linger on for decades.

The price tag of developing and maintaining a nuclear program is staggering. So the only reasonable conclusion is that somebody someday is planning to use these weapons. The nations are just as unfriendly to each other today as they always were. In spite of all the efforts to create peace, nations still hate each other and are constantly arguing and fighting over territorial and natural resource issues.

Many experts are predicting the war between East and West, United States against China. Even though these countries have strong trade there is a lingering distrust and animosity on all levels. One of the major dividing issues is support of Israel. Traditionally, China has supported Arab countries and America has sided with Israel. What would happen if an all out war broke out between Israel and Iran?

Would this be enough to drag USA and other countries into the conflict and therefore start WWIII?

On 5 November an earthquake measuring 5.6 rattled Oklahoma and was felt as far away as Illinois. Until two years ago Oklahoma typically had about 50 earthquakes a year, but in 2010, 1,047 quakes shook the state. Why?

The Bible says:
“The nations were angry, and your wrath has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your people who revere your name, both great and small— and for destroying those who destroy the earth.” Revelation 11:18

The planet Earth was created by God. He takes pride in His work and according to what we just read, God will judge those who are destroying His handiwork. British Petroleum spilled millions of gallons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico and I am not sure if one person went to jail. Gas companies are using questionable practices to pull gas out of the earth and no one is questioning it. Exxon Valdez oil spill in Alaska destroyed the coast, the fishing jobs and the economy of the whole region; and in the end the Courts kept lowering the compensation to victims. When all was said and done, Exxon Oil company paid about 1.5 billion dollars in damages, a slap on the wrist considering the profits company made in the United States ($30.5 Billion alone in 2010).

God created the Earth and everything in it. He designated humankind as stewards of the planet and will hold us accountable.

Many Americans see the United Nations as the organization that is bent on destroying American freedom and individuality. The United Nations has done a number of positive things around the world, yet is it possible that it will also be a tool of the New World Order to implement laws that are contrary to the will of ordinary Americans?

The United Nations represents the World united: a world without borders and nationalities; a world where everyone is equal and everyone tolerates everyone else.

The UN states in its charter the following: The purposes of the United Nations are: To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to abreach of the peace; In other words United Nations sees itself as above the sovereign nations. It sees itself as the authority over all of the nations.

The UN represents values that are often clashing with Christianity. Most Americans have deep rooted Christian values and heritage. The United Nations is an organization that does not base its charter or its values on Christianity. In its drive to create equality, peace and tolerance among the nations, will the UN resort to power and force? We have already seen that the UN can exert considerable power through the use of its peace keeping force through the use of International courts. Is the time coming when the UN will clash with the American Christians?

Jesus says to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. American fundamentalist Christians are running around telling the world that God hates gays, God hates abortionists, God hates liberals, God hates heathens, and so on. These people have no shame desecrating funerals of American soldiers killed on the field of battle. They don’t hesitate in killing doctors who perform abortions and they have no problems calling for genocide against nations whose religion differs from ours. These kinds of attitudes and actions are turning off unbelievers and causing people to recoil away from anything Christian.

The problem is that Christian fundamentalists are confused about who they are following. As the name “Christian” implies we should be following Christ, not Moses but Jesus. Moses said: eye for an eye. Jesus said: turn the other cheek. Christians are followers of Christ and Christianity is not the same as Judaism. Christian faith is based on the person of Jesus; Judaism is based on the laws of Moses. Jesus has thousand of ways to forgive; Moses has a thousand and one ways to punish. Jesus declares that I am forgiven and innocent; the law of Moses declares that I am a sinner and must die. For Christians Jesus is the Messiah or the promised one who already came twenty centuries ago while the Jews are still waiting for the Messiah to come at some point in the future.

You can’t be both a follower of Moses and a follower of Jesus. The two theologies clash, they cannot be harmonized. Moses said that a women caught in adultery should be stoned to death, Jesus told one such woman that He didn’t condemn her. The law of Moses has the ability to show you what you are doing wrong but has no power to forgive you. The law of Moses can show you your faults but it can’t fix you or save you.

“Yet we know that a person is made right with God by faith in Jesus Christ, not by obeying the law. And we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we might be made right with God because of our faith in Christ, not because we have obeyed the law. For no one will ever be made right with God by obeying the law.” Galatians 2: 16

Only Jesus saves, only Jesus forgives and only Jesus gives you the ability to become a better human being. Jesus can take away all of your terrible traits such as anger, hate, greed, and dishonesty and replace them with peacefulness, love, generosity and honesty.

Who will you follow in your life journey?

Our lives have become too busy and saturated with junk. There is junk in our garages, basements, and backyards and then there is junk on the radio waves, television stations, and all over cyber space. People live in the cyber space world. I remember days when the kids would play baseball on an empty city lot and then afterwards hang out in each other’s homes. Nowadays all of the activities are organized and preplanned and the kids spend more time texting than in a group setting. We have cyber friends, cyber business partners, and cyber playmates.

Most churches today can’t get anyone to come to a mid-week prayer meeting because people just don’t have time. Those who do go to church are willing to devote only one hour per week to any church activity.

There are too many voices competing for our attention. Politicians, talk show hosts, opinion peddlers, talking heads and Hollywood. Then there is our personal life where we have to deal with family, work and a host of other responsibilities.

When will you have time to listen to the voice of God?

Edward M. Hallowell, a psychiatrist and author of “CrazyBusy: Overstretched, Overbooked and About to Snap” (Ballantine Books, 2006) writes about how he knew he had crossed into the dark side from busy to crazy busy when he got mad at a rotary phone while staying at a vacation house. Unable to use a cell phone, he was driven nuts waiting for the dial to return to start. Then calming himself, he timed how long the dialing actually took: 11 seconds. “What a fool I had become,” he writes. “I had become a man in a hurry even when I had no need to hurry.”

For all the chaos and noise in their lives most people wouldn’t be able to recognize the voice of God in the first place. How are we to have peace of mind and security that comes from knowing God if we don’t even have time and an environment to hear His voice?

The purpose of this message is to say that with everything that is going on in the world we need God in our lives more than ever before. There are practical steps we can take to make God a part of our life journey.

There is a worldwide conspiracy being orchestrated by an extremely powerful and influential group of genetically-related individuals (at least at the highest echelons). This group includes many of the world’s wealthiest people, top political leaders, and corporate elite, as well as members of the so-called Black Nobility of Europe (dominated by the British Crown). Their goal is to create a One World (fascist) Government (stripped of nationalistic and regional boundaries) that is obedient to their agenda. Their intention is to have complete and total control over every human being on the planet and to dramatically reduce the world’s population by 5.5 billion people.

The real New World Order is something totally different. The Bible describes it in the book of Revelation, chapter 21, verses 1-7. God speaks about the creation of the New Earth that will operate on different principles than the old one did. We live on a planet run by human beings. God is talking about a new planet run directly by Him and void of all the things that make our present planet miserable.

Christians believe that at one point in human history God will intervene and eradicate all evil once and for all. For some this is just a myth, but for the believer this is the ultimate prize. Is there anything that we can do to secure a place in this New World Order that God is about to establish?
